All subscribers and client's to our service are bound by the guidelines and policies outlined below:
Post Studio agrees to provide client design and maintenance support services. Client is allowed to use the website for commercial/business or personal use within these parameters.
Any domain names registered or host provider services obtained on behalf of the client will remain the property of Post Studio until paid in full.
All website designs will remain the property of Post Studio until paid in full. Post Studio transfers ownership of the web site design and all intellectual property rights over to the client upon final payment.
A 50% deposit is required with all orders and initial design work. Deposits are non-refundable.
All prices quoted in any proposal are valid for 26 days from the date of proposal.
Prices do not include any hardware or software that may be required, unless specified in the order.
Prices do not include the cost of any merchant accounts required by the client or on-line credit card transactions
All website content is to be provided by the client unless Post Studio is commissioned by the client to create content. Post Studio takes no responsibility for any images or text displayed on a website, that subsequently has existing copyright associated with it.
Post Studio cannot be held responsible for any virus that may be passed on to any computer from the web server or by email. Post Studio will not be held responsible for any loss or theft of data from a client's PC - it is advised that a suitable security software package is source and installed, and this is the responsibility of the client.
Upon transfer of a created website to a host service provider and subsequent transfer of ownership of design rights, the client accepts full responsibility for the whole content of the said website.
Any grievances arising as a result of this content will be the sole responsibility of the client. Post Studio will take no responsibility what-so-ever for the content of third party websites, where links have been placed on the client's website, to link off to these websites.
The client agrees Post Studio will not be held responsible for the reliability or accuracy of any information displayed on the client's website regardless of source, creator, author, or implementation. The client agrees to review any changes or maintenance performed on its behalf by Post Studio and inform Post Studio of any errors within 48 hours of the said changes appearing on the said website.
Intellectual property rights - any intellectual property rights generated for a Post Studio client, including, but not limited to drawings, design, diagrams, trademarks, artwork, digital photographs, photographs, etc, work manipulated on behalf of a Post Studio' client, work commissioned by a Post Studio' client, access codes, passwords, and flash code specific to the Post Studio client's website, will all be passed over to the Post Studio' client upon full payment being received by Post Studio. Post Studio retains the right to use any HTML/DHTML code, ASP code, PHP code, database coding and JavaScript on other client's projects.
Post Studio will endeavor to host the web site on a 24 hour a day basis, through a partnership with a professional web hosting company, but cannot be held responsible for any down time of the web server, or other equipment, connected to the internet, which causes the client's website to be off-line for any reasonable amount of time, or causes loss of revenue on a website or an e-commerce enabled website. This is applicable to website hosting and any email POP3 accounts and email forwarding.
Post Studio cannot guarantee web server security, and cannot be held responsible for any loss, or misuse by third party access to host server. Post Studio will provide strict client confidentiality of any user name/s and password/s that are provided by the client for administrative purposes regarding client request and general website maintenance.
